AccuRx is a communication platform with a suite of tools to enable better communication and to support your pharmacy workflows. Tools available include:
- 1 & 2 way patient messaging: This is used to communicate with patients via SMS or Email to ask the patient a question, send safety-netting/ NHS advice, let patient’s know that their prescription is ready to collect. All that is needed to send the message is patient NHS number.
- Message GP: This is used to send messages to the patients GP practice e.g. out of stock, prescription changes, private services delivered and BP outcomes. Again, all that is needed is patient NHS number.
- Questionnaires: These can be used to support your pharmacy first consultations or NMS, helping you to gather the information you need up front.
- Video: This can be used to support you to deliver consultations remotely.
