Participating in Private ‘Flu Voucher Scheme

Once again this year, HG Healthcare will be working with local authorities providing flu vouchers for the 2025/26 flu season. Independent contractors can join the scheme as before using the attached documents.

• The Redemption Agreement for the upcoming season
• A Pharmacy Operations Guide, which outlines the various redemption routes available for processing the vouchers. The redemption rate is detailed within the agreement.

To confirm your pharmacy’s participation, kindly return the following to Alex Craven, HG’s Commercial Manager ([email protected]):

• A signed copy of the attached Redemption Agreement
• Key contact details (Name, phone number, email address)
• Store information (Store name, full address including postcode, and phone number). If you operate multiple stores, please provide details for each.
• A copy of your logo (optional), which we can feature on our website banner
• ODS Code, if you intend to accept vouchers via PharmOutcomes
