This is the digital platform for government health improvement campaigns and resources, for you to use in your pharmacy to improve health outcomes in your area.
You’ll find print resources, such as posters and leaflets, plus a variety of digital and social media assets and content. All are free to download or order.
All resources are part of the many different campaigns created, ranging from healthy eating to improving access to NHS services. Pharmacies will first need to register on the site and sign in.
The Diabetes UK Care to Expect Z fold business card sized leaflets are now on Diabetes UK’s online shop free of charge to order. Pharmacies and patients can order 1-100 leaflets at a time per order. Each leaflet has a QR code signposting patients to an online survey to enable us to monitor, measure and track what they have done to improve their own healthcare including a checklist for the 8 Care Processes as a consequence of receiving the leaflet.
